Zachary Dimarco is member in the firm’s Mount Vernon office and focuses his practice in real estate, estate planning and administration, and corporate/business law, while additionally serving as a licensed title insurance agent with Heartland Title Agency, LLC. Zac’s litigation experience includes filing the largest case in Knox County’s Court of Common Pleas with nearly 3,000 defendants in order to successfully transfer a timeshare development to a new owner. Zac grew up in Knox County and returned home after graduating from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law to practice in his hometown. Zac believes that the communities in and around Knox County make it a special place to call home, both personally and professionally.
