Clint Leibolt is a Member with the firm, focusing his practice on real estate, estate and trust planning, and business transaction and business succession planning. Clint has a passion for solving clients’ problems and helping them get the desired outcome in whatever area he can help. Assisting clients through complex real estate transactions, Clint offers sophisticated and comprehensive guidance from beginning to end, offering multiple strategies for expanding or disposing of real estate holdings. In the course of his legal career, he has completed a number of multi-million dollar commercial real estate and lease projects for his clients. Clint also provides clients with sophisticated estate planning, working with clients to implement wealth succession plans for both personal assets, and, if applicable, constructing a business succession plan for closely held businesses that are transitioning to the next generation of ownership. Clint also enjoys using his legal skills to benefit the local community, serving as past President of the United Way of Ashland County Board of Trustees, being involved in his local church, and previously on the YMCA Board of Trustees.
