I’m a partner in the corporate team and the head of our corporate practice area. I provide strategic and holistic advice to high net worth individuals, family offices and their professional advisers. With over 20 years’ experience, I act as a trusted corporate adviser, often coordinating input from a number of different legal disciplines to enable our clients to achieve their goals and ambitions. My approach is open and engaging, giving practical advice on the issues that matter, and not making a meal of those that don’t. My areas of expertise reflect the core values and interests of my clients, including sustainable investment, ESG issues and investment funds. My practice is focused on private wealth, advising the individuals behind the business, and their families, to ensure their corporate goals align with their wider interests and aspirations.
