I am a partner in the corporate team and specialise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and being a trusted advisor. I have over 30 years’ experience within a major City firm, a listed PLC and at Cripps. I advise both public and private companies whether domestic or international. My work involves mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations and advice to boards. Often this will have an international dimension. I have particular experience of transactions within the marcomms world having advised on around 100 such transactions to date. Clients come to me again and again because I get results, on time and on budget without nasty surprises, finding solutions creatively and pragmatically. With a focus on high standards I deliver relevant and timely advice with energy and drive.
