Olivier Van Raemdonck is an experienced business lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters, mainly in the technology sector. Olivier advises both national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and venture capital transactions within the IT industry.
