Mr. Zimbrón has actively represented national and international clients in complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures , strategic alliances, divestitures, minority stakes, asset sales, and cross-border transactions. Mr. Zimbrón has participated in a variety of transactions across a variety of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, technology, retail , transportation, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. Mr. Zimbrón worked as an international associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 2015 and 2016. Mr. Zimbrón was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He earned his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2010 and his master's degree in law (LLM) from the University of Virginia in 2015. Mr. Zimbrón's native Spanish language is fluent in English.
