He earned his law degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in 2008, and a master's degree in corporate law (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law in 2014. He worked as an international associate in the M&A team of the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP & Affiliates. Since 2021, Mr. Valadez has been recognized as a recommended lawyer by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) for the area of ​​​​Corporate and M&A.
