He has recently represented Bain Capital, Cascade Management, Cerberus Capital Management, Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, MiddleGround Capital, Pritzker Private Capital, Providence Equity, and Sentinel Capital Partners. Mr. González has been consistently recognized as one of the country’s leading M&A experts by specialist publications such as Chambers and Partners , IFLR 1000 and The Legal 500 .
