Kyle Rabe Bio

Kyle Rabe represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. He regularly advises clients in the life sciences industry in connection with significant M&A transactions, including acquisitions of public companies. He also represents clients in a variety of other industries, including sports, technology, and consumer products. Kyle also serves as co-chair of Covington’s multidisciplinary Digital Health Initiative. Kyle is a member of the Bar of New York and the Bar of the District of Columbia.
