Clemente Parente represents clients in all stages of workplace related litigation before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies, mediation and arbitration panels. Additionally, Clem represents clients involved in all manner of construction related litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He is a first chair litigator with trial experience in state and federal courts, and appellate arguments.
