Brian Murphy Bio

Brian Murphy advises corporate clients, business owners, investors and investment funds, as well as real property developers and not-for-profit entities, in connection with mergers & acquisitions, investments and transformative strategic and commercial transactions. He also assists with day-to-day general corporate and commercial matters, such as business formation, commercial contract negotiation and licensing transactions. Brian’s clients include privately-held and publicly-held corporate clients across a variety of industries, along with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He additionally has deep experience advising real property developers with respect to real property transactions and the corporate structuring of real property investments. Brian’s prior experience has included practice in the New York office of Milbank LLP and government service in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.
