Peter Jarosek has provided legal expertise and insights in some of Australia’s most high profile, multi-billion dollar oil and gas ventures. He advises on acquisitions and disposals, project planning, regulatory approvals, due diligence, infrastructure arrangements, joint venture structuring, contracting and procurement with trademark innovation and precision. In addition to Peter’s expertise in oil and gas (including having a major role in planning and implementing a number of LNG projects around Australia), he also advises clients operating in other energy and resources areas. Peter is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, AMPLA - The Resources and Energy Law Association, and a presenter on Fundamentals of Oil & Gas at the University of Western Australia.
