Liming specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, equity capital market, corporate advisory, project finance, and corporate dispute resolutions. Liming is the vice president of the Australia China Business Council Victoria. He is also a Juris Doctor student mentor at The University of Melbourne Law School.
