James Morley specialises in inbound investment and complex Australian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including both regulated and private treaty M&A. He is a member of Corrs' foreign investment specialist team, and also advises listed and unlisted companies on a broad range of matters including demergers, joint ventures, ASX listing rules, commercial agreements, corporate governance, fundraisings and procurement.
