He has guided Australian and offshore firms on some of Australia's most significant investment management, M&A and capital raising transactions. Fadi has a depth of experience gained across the real estate, private equity, hedge funds, agricultural, credit and infrastructure investment sectors. Fadi is also a leading player in emerging alternative sectors including digital assets and carbon. Fadi is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and former member of the Accreditation Board, Australian Financial Markets Association and course convenor for AFMA’s Advanced Diploma in Financial Licensing Management. Fadi was the Winner of Lawyers’ Weekly Financial Services Partner of the Year Award 2021.
