He has guided Australian and offshore firms on some of Australia's most significant investment management, capital raising and investment transactions. Fadi has a depth of experience gained across the real estate, private equity, hedge funds, agricultural, credit and infrastructure investment sectors. Fadi is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and former member of the Accreditation Board, Australian Financial Markets Association and course convenor for AFMA’s Advanced Diploma in Financial Licensing Management.
