Adam Foreman advises clients on public, private and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raisings and public securities law. He has considerable experience assisting clients in the media and financial services sectors, including governance advice and advising on board and reputation risks. Adam is a member of the Communications and Media Law Association.
