Valérie Staal Bio

Valérie started CorporateWise in 2014 together with Maaike. Before that, Valérie worked as lawyer for more than 8 years with Allen & Overy (Amsterdam and London) and as in-house counsel with Citibank and Rabobank. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions (national and international), private equity, restructuring, corporate and contracting law. She also holds a master in Business Administration. Valérie provides high quality advice in combination with pragmatic solutions. She has a strong focus on providing structure and is highly effective in managing complicated processes. Valérie is an energetic, flexible professional who quickly finds her way within every organisation.
