Maaike started CorporateWise in 2014 together with Valérie. Before that, Maaike worked as lawyer for more than 10 years with Allen & Overy (Amsterdam and New York) and De Breij Evers Boon. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity, venture capital, restructuring, corporate law and contracting law. Maaike combines excellent legal advice with a personal, no-nonsense approach. She has an affinity with non-profit initiatives. With her strong focus on analyses and efficient process management, Maaike is known for “getting the deal done”. Maaike is a passionate, dynamic professional with a pragmatic way of working, always solution-driven.
