Koen Schrama Bio

Koen joined CorporateWise in 2019. He started his career in 2010 at Allen & Overy Amsterdam where he worked as an M&A lawyer for over 7 years, before moving to Dublin where he combined his work as legal M&A consultant with the startup of an online health & fitness platform. He is specialized in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Koen advises both large and small businesses: multinationals, but also founders, start-ups and scale-ups in pursuit of growth capital, investors and management with employee participation plans. Koen is business minded. He is an excellent hands-on legal consultant who drives complex processes and negotiations efficiently and pragmatically. His personal start-up experience makes him well positioned to seamlessly tailor legal advice to his client’s commercial interests.
