Ludovico Brambilla Bio

Ludovico Brambilla obtained a degree in Law from the Università degli Studi of Milan. His main areas of expertise are corporate law, corporate governance and ordinary and extraordinary transactions (M&A). He is a member of the Italian Bar. He is the author of several publications on corporate law, published by the IPSOA-WKI group.
