Ginevra Ott obtained a Law degree from the Università degli Studi of Genoa. She concentrates her practice in the areas of ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions (M&A) and corporate governance. She also provides legal advice in the drafting of corporate agreements, mainly focusing on the real estate sector. She is a member of the Italian Bar.
