Ciro Cornelli Bio

Ciro Cornelli obtained a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan. His practice focuses on advising companies and groups, both national and international, regarding tax, corporate and accounting matters in ordinary and extraordinary transactions, mergers & acquisitions and structured finance operations. Over time he has also acquired a comprehensive experience in tax litigation. He is a member of Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies of several companies, including listed ones, appointed by private entrepreneurs, banks and institutional investors. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Italian Auditors Register.
