With a keen eye for detail, and a well-earned depth and breadth of experience, Robert Salad is at the forefront in business and tax law. Joining Cooper Levenson in 1984, Rob serves as the President of the firm, and Chairman of the Tax and Business practice group. He has been a partner since 1988. Rob’s areas of expertise encompass almost all aspects of tax and business planning and transactions, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and customized structuring of transactions. He focuses on matters involving the representation of businesses, including all types of business operations. Rob helps them to achieve business objectives, and also provides advice with respect to income tax planning issues. He handles both business and personal matters for his clients with the utmost sensitivity and timeliness. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
