Mark Schwartz Bio

Mark Schwartz is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Tax & Business, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups. Mark joined Cooper Levenson in 2004 as a Partner in the firm’s Atlantic City office. He is extremely well-versed in the area of complex commercial transactions, real estate, bankruptcy, banking, contract negotiation and drafting, general corporate and commercial litigation, tax and estate planning, and mediation. He was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S. Tax Court.
