Ryan Naftulin Bio

Ryan Naftulin represents companies and investors in the UK and US who are forming, financing and scaling disruptive high-growth companies, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors. He assists clients with equity financings, M&A, strategic relationships, board governance and general corporate matters. With his experience in Silicon Valley, the East Coast of the United States and London, Ryan is able to help companies navigate major corporate transactions across the US and UK. Ryan has been a lecturer at numerous incubator and accelerator programs, as well as at graduate law and business programs. Ryan was a foundational member of the NVCA model documents committee and is an active member of the BVCA model documents committee.
