Scott is a corporate lawyer. In particular, Scott provides advice or assistance with matters pertaining to: organizational structuring and restructuring; shareholder and partnership agreements; mergers and acquisitions; business and personal succession planning; trusts; financing; and debtor-creditor matters. Scott also practices property law with a focus on commercial transactions. Scott strives to consistently provide preeminent services and advice, tailored to the needs of each particular client to attain optimal solutions.
