Patrick practices corporate and tax law. He works closely with senior lawyers in the office developing his expertise in these areas of law. He has worked on matters involving all aspects of the purchase and sale of businesses and corporate reorganizations. He has also worked on numerous tax dispute matters. These areas of practice are a core focus of Connors Stilwell. Patrick has a keen interest to work on complex legal matters to find solutions to the most difficult problems that face our clients.
