Michael has been practicing business law for over 20 years. He regularly advises both small and large businesses, investors and business owners in matters relating to starting a business, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financings, tax driven reorganizations, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance matters, shareholder agreements and succession and estate planning.
