She specializes in cross border transactions such as overseas IPO, bond offering and private placement. Over the decades, she has assisted various China based enterprises successfully achieving IPO in Hong Kong, US and Taiwan stock markets, covering areas in real estate, finance, TMT, biotech and healthcare, and manufacture. She has also participated in numerous private placement transactions and M&A transactions.
