He has provided a number of domestic enterprises with legal services regarding the initial public offering, reverse takeover, backdoor listing and refinancing in the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, Shanghai, Shenzhen and etc. Mr. Jiang has accumulated extensive experience in M&A and private equity investment. He has provided legal services for listed companies and private equity funds in relation to M&A, restructuring and overseas mergers. His practice areas include biotechnology, medicine, TMT, real estate development, logistics, e-commerce, information industries and etc. Among them, Mr. Jiang has represented investment institutions in a variety of equity financing projects involving biomedical and medical device enterprises.
