Zhang Meng has been working as a lawyer in Commerce & Finance Law Offices from 2006. He is mainly engaged in private equity financing, M&A by foreign investors, financing, foreign investment, overseas listing by companies incorporated in PRC. He has provided legal services for domestic and overseas private equity funds with his specialized skill, including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P.(“KKR”), Steel Partners China Access I L.P., Crescent Point Group, Deutsche Bank, CDH investments, Morgan Stanley, Bank of China Group Investment Limited, series of private funds managed by CITIC, Legend Capital, Mangofun, Natixis Private Equity Asia Capital and General Enterprise Management Services and also has broad experience in legal services in the fields of education, healthcare and internet culture industry.
