Zhang Lei is a partner in C&F’s Beijing office whose practices focus primarily on civil litigation and commercial arbitration. Mr. Zhang also specializes in compliance and M&A. He has gained significant experience in dispute resolution during his past many years’ legal practice. Mr. Zhang has represented clients in a wide variety of high-profile cases covering an extensive range of commercial disputes. He advises SOE, bankers, WFOE and domestic companies on matters concerning debt dispute, fund investment, share purchase, international trade, real-estate related dispute, and etc.. He had also participated in handling a lot of cross-border M&A projects in his past practice. He got highly praised by his clients. Mr. Zhang speaks fluently Mandarin and English.
