Yuan Qianzhao started to practice law in 2009, specializing in securities and M&A business. Mr. YUAN has participated in the public offering and listing, bond issuance, M&A and reorganization projects of a number of large state-owned and private enterprises, with the industries involved in such projects including banking, real estate, securities, medicine, Internet, real estate, and manufacturing etc., and the places of such listings including the domestic stock exchanges, the KRX, and TWSE etc.
