Bio

Lu Yingying was awarded a Master of Laws from Fudan University in 2004 and joined the Commerce & Finance in 2004. She was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2005. Her principal areas of practice include general corporate, securities, mergers & acquisition and foreign investment.
