She has extensive experiences in the new economy, medical and pharmaceutical, high-end manufacturing, Fintech and consumer industries. Ms. GAO is familiar with the structures of onshore and offshore investments and financing transactions, and has provided legal services for many reputable USD funds, RMB funds and a large number of corporate clients.
