Cheng Zhong joined C&F in August 2007, and is based in C&F Shanghai Office. Cheng Zhong is a highly experienced trial lawyer and general commercial litigator, with a long and successful track record. He also has five years of investment and capital market experience in American and Hong Kong Stock Market, making him a “go-to” lawyer for high profile clients in their most significant commercial litigations and arbitrations. Cheng Zhong has broad experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration, investment management litigation, financial institutions regulation and enforcement, bankruptcy, labor and employment law, trust and estates, real estate, IP litigation，structured finance, and corporate governance and finance. Cheng Zhong’s practice involves a wide range of large-scale and complex commercial disputes. His clients include multinational companies and private clients as well. Cheng Zhong has been appointed by the East China University of Political Science and Law as instructor for the graduate students of International School of Financial Law.
