With a solid legal foundation and extensive experience in legal services, Ms.CHEN has successively taken charge of and completed a number of representative cases for the IPO of iconic enterprises on the main board of the HKEX, including Jinxin Fertility, Innovent Biologics, Akesobio, InnoCare Pharma, CanSino Biologics,Zhou Hei Ya. Meanwhile, Ms.CHEN serves a perennial legal counsel for a number of company groups and also possesses rich experience in the daily business compliance, investment and financing, and medical institution restructuring etc. of companies in fields such as healthcare, consumer goods and TMT.
