Jill Richardson Bio

Jill B. Richardson is a member in the firm’s Environmental Department. Jill’s practice involves all aspects of transactional environmental law, with a focus on providing strategic solutions for clients facing any form of environmental risk or liability in business and real estate transactions. Jill is a trusted advocate in a wide range of settings that involve commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate, including, real property sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, stock and asset transfers, bankruptcy, estate planning, and everything in between. In addition, Jill has over a decade of experience counseling owners, operators, and redevelopers of contaminated property on how to navigate often complex and prescriptive environmental regulatory requirements. She also regularly guides clients on applicable risk-management tools, such as indemnity agreements, brownfields tax incentives, and environmental insurance.
