Member Gregory L. Arbogast seamlessly blends commercial litigation experience alongside corporate advisory and transactional advice in order to protect his clients’ most critical business assets as well as position them for success. At the core of Greg’s practice is his collaboration with businesses and their executives, legal teams, and boards of directors/managers to develop and execute short and long-term strategies for growth. Greg focuses on mitigating risks and leveraging opportunities. With 15 years of experience, Greg has developed a dual practice approach that allows him to provide proactive legal advice that helps clients limit exposure to future disputes, while also empowering his skills of diplomacy and negotiation when contentious litigation is unavoidable.
