David Gold is a member in the firm’s Corporate Transactions, Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments. David counsels a wide range of clients, from individual artists, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs, to major media companies, arts organizations, and other corporate entities in a variety of industries in connection with their intellectual capital. With a background in music and the arts, he understands both the incredible value of creativity and the unique challenges associated with that creativity in the modern digital marketplace. In addition to his intellectual property practice, David has over a decade of experience successfully representing clients in the courtroom in both intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.
