Todd Brody serves as M&A lead counsel and outside general counsel to a wide range of clients, including privately-held owner-operated businesses, private equity backed companies, and public company subsidiaries. Todd has significant experience and expertise in the world of advertising, media, digital and performance marketing, strategic communications, and design. Todd’s principal focus is on leading clients through M&A transactions involving private, private equity and public companies, on both the sell-side and the buy-side. Todd and his team also work with clients on a variety of other needs faced by growing businesses, including restructuring, ownership and partnership matters, executive retention and incentive arrangements, general employment needs, complex contract negotiations, and intellectual property matters.
