Tove Rosén Johansson is a partner at CMS Wistrand and advises on insolvency, reconstruction and corporate law. Tove Rosén Johansson represents a diverse Swedish and international clientele, including e.g. banks, investors, stakeholder’s and companies within the automotive- and real estate sector, with expertise on restructuring, creditor protection issues, right in rem, consignment and commission arrangements and other types of insolvency law matters that occur regarding/in companies with financial difficulties. Tove has extensive experience as an advisor in connection with insolvency law matters and is regularly appointed as bankruptcy trustee and liquidator, proposed as such by both creditors and debtors. Tove Rosén Johansson has extensive experience in advising Swedish as well as international, private and public, corporations within a variety of industries with regard to all types of corporate law matters as well as transactional work. Tove Rosén Johansson joined Wistrand Law Firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2018 at CMS Wistrand. Tove Rosén Johansson has since 2023 been a board member of the Western Division of the Swedish Bar Association. Tove Rosén Johansson has a LL.M. from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and a Master of International Law from The University of Sydney, Australia. She has a rich history of prior experience, having previously worked at AB Volvo and six years at Vinge Lawfirm.
