Nils Alpman Bio

Nils Alpman is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Real Estate with sub practice group Fund Regulatory and specialises in financial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds. With 20 years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising fund managers, investment services companies and other regulated entities on matters relating to ongoing business, governance and legal or regulatory. In particular, his practice focuses on advising on fund structures, securities law, supervisory and licensing issues, information matters as well as market abuse issues/insider issues. Nils Alpman has notably led major projects involving license applications and represents a broad range of clients, including leading real estate fund managers in the Nordics. He is regularly appointed to handle high-profile cases within fund regulatory and is a well-trusted advisor in the field. Nils Alpman joined CMS Wistrand in 2006.
