Mattias Boqvist primarily advises clients in respect of M&A transactions and reorganisations, as well as in drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts and general corporate law matters. Mattias has considerable experience in cross-border projects and represents Swedish and international clients within a broad range of industries, with particular experience in advising clients in the infrastructure, transportation as well as health and social care sectors.
