Johannes Wardman Bio

Johannes Wårdman is a partner at CMS Wistrand and primarily advises on M&A (domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, investments, capital raisings and share issues) as well as general corporate law and commercial agreements (including joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and other types of collaborations). He regularly assists clients in both mergers and acquisitions, not least in the consumer products sector, including food and healthcare, as well as in the infrastructure industry and various more or less completely digital industries. He regularly assists the clients mentioned above with investments, capital raisings, share issues and joint ventures, shareholder agreements and other types of collaborations. Johannes Wårdman is head of the Consumer Products sector group. Johannes Wårdman joined Wistrand in 2009 and became a partner in 2018.
