Charles Arbro Bio

Charles Arbro is a partner and head of CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate & Commercial and specialises in M&A, financing, commercial agreements and regulatory crypto but his practice also includes advising on real estate law, general corporate law matters and other regulatory issues. With extensive experience in the real estate field, Charles regularly assists clients with regard to construction, commercial tenancy, property development and exploitation. Charles has significant experience in representing corporations and associations in connection with procurement, annual general meetings and liability matters. Charles brings a wealth of specialised expertise in data centre development, encompassing the entire life cycle from initial negotiation phases to final operational handover. His comprehensive involvement includes securing financing, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Charles' proficiency in real estate law positions him as a critical adviser in the strategic planning and execution of data centre projects. For example, he adeptly negotiates co-location contracts, ensuring that all parties' interests are balanced and that facilities meet both technical and commercial requirements.
