Pietro Cavasola is head of the Corporate M&A Department and a member of the Energy group. He is also a member of the CMS Executive Committee. He has a long-standing international experience and his clients include several important national and multinational companies operating in various industries. He sits in the boards of directors/auditors of several major Italian and international companies. His areas of specialization include Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, Administrative law and Regulatory matters. He also has experience in important commercial litigations. He is recommended in the corporate sector by some of the most important legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. Both in 2018 and 2019 Pietro was nominated as an Acritas Star.
