Petra Čorba Stark is a partner in the Corporate and M&A Team at CMS Bratislava, where she specialises in complex M&A transactions and innovative corporate restructurings. Her broad corporate expertise also includes Public-Private Partnerships. She has extensive experience in numerous sectors including automotive and manufacturing, financial services, energy, infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, TMT, retail and consumer, real estate, projects and construction, and transport. Her clients include international investors, the government and international and national companies from all sectors. She is very experienced at acting on complex, cross-border transactions and also has many long-term clients for whom she provides on-going corporate advice to ensure they achieve their commercial aims. Before joining CMS, Petra previously worked for a leading law firm in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and as an in-house lawyer in a major petrochemical company.
