Pawel Hermeliński is a Partner in CMS Luxembourg Corporate M&A practice group. Pawel has assisted financial institutions, private equity investors and multinational groups on M&A and joint venture transactions, as well as on the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups. He focuses on Luxembourg corporate and contract law and has extensive experience in the field of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, structuring of joint venture investments and organising exits. Pawel has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.
