Mauro Battistella Bio

Mauro Battistella joined the firm as Partner in 2009. Mauro previously worked for other major international law firms where he acquired specific skills and experience in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and corporate law in the legal, extrajudicial and consultancy contexts. He primarily focuses on restructuring, extrajudicial administrative proceedings, restructuring plans and bankruptcy proceedings. He has managed and coordinated numerous corporate restructuring and M&A operations, the creation of joint ventures and other corporate financial operations (such as debt restructuring, capital increases). He also provides day-to-day consulting to various companies in the areas of commercial and corporate, civil and bankruptcy law.
